  • Make sure to keep the mobile near the camera.

NOTE- Your smartphone will give a sound, and that sound has to go through the camera. Camera will catch that sound, discovers the network and configure itself on that network.

ANS: - Configure the email ID to receive alert notifications. Before email can be received, make sure ‘alarm mail notifications’ are enabled in alarm setting.
  • User can configure multiple email accounts to receive alert notifications.
  • To send and receive notifications using the email id, please make sure privacy settings for third party applications are enabled in configured email’s settings.

You can add many Gas sensors with this system.

Ans. First insert the memory card in the doorbell. Kindly follow the steps:-
• Open mobile application in mobile.
• Go to setting.
• Open Record setting.
• Select recording type. There are three recording modes:
 Manual Recording:In Manual Recording, Recording will be 24x7.
 Alarm recording:Video will only be recorded when there is any motion detection
 Scheduled Recording: User can schedule the recording start & End time manually.

Select ‘Guest password’ and create the new password.
Share the guest password and camera’s UID

Ans. There are 2 options using which the doorbell can be configured with new Wi-Fi network
Option 1:
• Connect the doorbell to new Wi-Fi router using the LAN cable.
• Go to Settings and select ‘Network Settings’
• Select the new Wi-Fi from the list
Option 2:
• Rest the doorbell using the reset button on the back of doorbell
• Using the mobile application, add the doorbell via Smart Link option.
